Keep in mind, businesses still must pay Google for Google Docs as part of Google Apps. Google Apps is NOT free. They pay a monthly around $5/mo per user. Most people don’t realize this.
So technically, Google Docs is NOT free, except to consumers. While for Business, iWorks/iLife is free as well.
