At CES in Las Vegas, Madfinger Games just announced Dead Trigger 2, the sequel to its mobile first-person shooter Dead Trigger, to be available on iOS and Android in the second quarter of this year.
The original Dead Trigger hit 14 million downloads across iOS and Android app stores and was featured as a Best of 2012 game by Apple. It was also awarded Best Technical Achievement and Community Choice awards at the annual Unity awards show this past year.
Dead Trigger 2 will up the ante, of course, with the better processors available this year, including the A6 processors on the latest Apple devices as well as the Tegra 4 chip from NVIDIA on some Android platforms. “Compared to Dead Trigger, the sequel Dead Trigger 2 is going to be even bigger, better and much more addictive,” said Marek Rabas, CEO of Madfinger Games.
