SoL® Hybrid Battery Pack for iPhone 4/4S [Deals]

For those of us not obsessively checking delivery status for iPhone 5s, here is a power pack for the iPhone 4/4S that might strike your fancy—Stay Charged With The SoL Hybrid Power Pack.

I have a couple different battery packs (I’m giving an extra to a friend), but they charge the “old fashioned way” through a USB cable to the wall (or computer, but you know). A solar charger certainly has a lot of appeal. You can just leave it charging cells up and keep it topped up all day. Very cool.

Here are some of the key features of the pack to check out:

Internal Battery
The internal battery in the SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack extends the battery life of your iPhone by 300% while the case stays cool and never overheats.

Rapid Charging Technology
With our Rapid Charging Technology the SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack charges your iPhone or iPod Touch three times faster than a wall charger.

Charge Anywhere
The SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack charges anywhere the sun shines and by indoor lighting. Charge while you’re working, playing, running or simply relaxing.

Priority Charging
The SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack charges your iPhone first and the case second. During use, the case’s energy is depleted first, and the iPhone energy is used last.

Integrated LED Light
The SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack includes a super bright LED light for use as a flashlight that turns night into day at the touch of a button.

Ergonomic Design
The SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack is durable, lightweight, stylish and has an ergonomic design with slip free handling.

Charge and Sync
With the built in Apple 30pin connector you can charge and sync your iPhone or iPod Touch to iTunes without removing it from the SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack by using the included USB cable.

Full Access
The SoL® Hybrid™ Power Pack allows full access to the touch screen and all the iPhone features.

Now here’s what I’d like to know from you…do you use a supplemental battery pack?

I was, honestly, a skeptic for a long time. I didn’t have a problem with running low on juice too, too often. Now, however, having been using a battery pack for most of the summer, I don’t think I could live without one. Sure, most days I don’t need to tap into it, but when I do, I really do and it saves my tush. Think about it.

Seems pretty cool! However, I’ve always had a difficult time covering up the beauty of an naked iPhone. ;)

That is possibly the ugliest case I’ve ever seen. It may be functional, but it certainly isn’t pretty.
