    “Sound Turbo”?

    It plays sounds faster?

It uses exhaust gases to drive a turbine that compresses sound?

  2. Bill Morlitz says:

The important questions are what does it sound like and what’s the availability?

  3. TechAficionado says:

Forgive the stupid question, but I wonder if it also charges the iPad/iPhone et al.

  4. Terry Shea says:

Yes, it charges both devices.  Terry Shea, JVC Americas Corp.

The usual idea is that you would use NFC to set up the link between the two devices and then do an automatic hand over to a different protocol for doing the actual transfer of data – eg Bluetooth, iphone 5
