Lending a little bit more credibility to the reports that Apple is holding retail sleepovers tonight in preparation for the release of OS X Lion tomorrow morning, photos of Italian signage for Lion has leaked onto the web.
The signs were sent to third-party Apple retail partner Euronics, as well as Dutch retail chain Dixons, which advertises App Store gift cards to cover the purchase of Lion.
The original source of the images, Macitynet.it, has since pulled their post, giving all of this even more of the tinge of credibility.
Things seem to be lining up nicely for a Lion launch tomorrow, don’t you think?

Well, folks, it looks like the fix is in. We ARE getting Lion tomorrow! Hooray for us!!!
Then again it COULD be Friday, or the 29th, or even July 32nd for all we actually know. We’ll keep you posted! :)

Those ads have Lion installed mainly on MacBook Airs. This indicates that an updated model is immenent. Or it’s just the current model ;)
Dear Chris Brunner,
CC appledrunk guy
Even if you ever have anything original or interesting to add or say, I
and probably most of the readers and editors of this site will never
ever read it.
Solely based on how annoying and how much of a leeching slime your posts
are. gosh its annoying. please, just stop it. it’s not clever, and
not some new form of marketing or web 6.3 or anything. it’s just
annoying. and a bit desperate. try and start your own site/fanbase.
and a word of advice, try it under a different name than what you’ve
already spammed here.
Good to see that Apple is allowing 3rd party retailers to earn money on the sale of Lion (by means of the AppStore giftcard).
YOU will keep us posted? Why would we need that? We are already on a mac news site, thank you.
Hmm… Yes, quite.
