A 23-year-old man was arrested for using the iPod video camera to film up the skirts of women at a local Walmart.
Stegall Jaquad Ponder was arrested last week for upskirt filming at Marietta, Georgia Walmart. He spent a few hours in the county jail before being released on $10,000 bond.
Ponder allegedly first used his iPod camera to video women in May and another three times in June, his arrest warrant states.
This wasn’t the first time the iPod has led to an arrest for upskirt filming, last year women out for a stroll at a busy farmer’s market in Salt Lake City found themselves starring in one man’s iPod video upskirt movies.
The compact iPod Nano with its tiny, handy video camera which shoots (640×480 video) placed on the back of the device has sparked concerns about its use or abuse. Health club chain Life Time Fitness restricted use of the Nano in its 84 facilities in 19 states, fearing gym goers may shoot videos of people working out or in locker rooms.

Wow. What a perv. Why did Lifetime ban the iPod Nono if someone could also use an iPhone or any other phone to record?

So how did he do it? Glue the iPod to his sneaker? That would be rather hard to miss. What he should have done was to get some over-sized Timberlands and mount it inside the boot with just a small hole big enough for the lens. These perverts need to be more little more creative. They need to take lessons from the Japanese who are the masters of upskirting and hidden cam filming.
If you don’t want men to get sexually excited, don’t wear skimpy/revealing/suggestive clothing like skirts, low cut tops, bikinis and hot pants.
With such a small device, how do u get close enough to manage an up skit picture, I mean his hand is literally up their skirts to begin with.
