You are ready to embrace macOS Catalina. Then start saying your goodbyes to a list of 235 apps that won’t work with Catalina.

A third-party software developer running a beta version of Catalina discovered the list. Developer betas help software designers determine whether their apps will work with an operating system update before it launches.

The list was published by iOS developer and Apple blogger Steve Moser on his website, The Tape Drive.

A list of incompatible apps appears in /Library/Apple/Library/Bundles during the installation process, Mosher wrote. Many old versions of apps are listed, including Creative Cloud and QuickBooks.

There are also many anti-virus apps that will not work in Catalina.

You can download the complete list, here. Some of the apps include: Transmist 4.1.7; 1Password 2.12.2; iStats Menu 2.9; QuickBooks 2015; Creative Cloud 1.1.0.592; SugarSync 1.0; DeFault Folder X 4.3.10; Parallels 2.5; and Box Sync 4.0.

Catalina is expected to be available in September. One of the biggest changes with the new macOS included the end of iTunes.
