Although the joke in this Star Wars iPad Briefing video —in which footage from A New Hope is overlaid with Steve Jobs’ iPad presentation — is fairly straightforward, it’s really the skeptical coughs and embarrassed shuffling of the Rebel Pilots that really makes it work…. not to mention Han Solo’s exasperated eye-roll.

    @Darcy McGee The movie is called “Star Wars: A New Hope”. It’s a series and they all have names. “The Empire Strikes Back” and such. This is generally common knowledge.

    The proper name is Star Wars : A New Hope. It has always been called that and people have called it that since after The Empire Strikes Back when everyone realized it was going to be a movie series. If the proper name irks you that much may I suggest as therapy you either take in a few Star Wars conventions or maybe just book a few sessions with a therapist. Maybe he’ll help you find your missing Star Wars happy place.
