Readdle’s excellent PDF Expert app, the best PDF management app on iOS, is now even greater thanks to Apple Pencil support, and a new transfer tool that makes moving files to and from your Mac easier than ever.

If you do anything with PDFs and other documents on iPhone or iPad, then you need PDF Expert. It’s not only a great file reader, but it also lets you annotate and even edit PDF files. You can add handwritten notes and highlights, fill forms, add signatures, and more.

And now doing all those things is even better on iPad Pro, thanks to Apple Pencil support, and new optimizations for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The latest update also adds Readdle Transfer, which makes moving files between PDF Expert on Mac and iOS super simple.

“Start working on a document on iPhone/iPad and seamlessly transfer it to your Mac. Or vice versa,” Readdle explains. “PDF Expert saves your time and makes file transfer fast and easy. Enjoy consistent experience across all your devices. Anywhere.”

PDF Expert can also be used to open iWork, Office, PowerPoint, and text files — plus images, music, and video. Either transfer from your computer via iTunes, or download them on your iOS device and use the “Open In…” feature to send them to PDF Expert.

You can get the latest version of PDF Expert in the App Store now. It’s a free upgrade if you’re an existing user, or $9.99 if you’re not.
