Cupertino, Calif. and the swamps of Louisiana may sound like a mismatched marriage. But the luxury design house Bianca Mosca knew the two would make a beautiful pair when it launched alligator bands for the Apple Watch.

If the Apple Watch fell flat with some fashion critics when it first arrived earlier this year, it could possibly change some minds with a lushly-textured exotic skin band that comes in 11 colors.

The gators are the genuine Louisiana kind and the bands are hand-stitched by ateliers in France. The finished skins are certified to be chemical free and the bands are water resistant and hypo-allergenic. The band also come with metal fittings (steel, hello gold and rose gold) and are available in 38 and 42 mm.

Of course, looking good carries a price. This one will set you back $375. But the bands do come with an unlimited lifetime warranty.

Bianca Mosca, known more for designer purses, wallets and belts, recently entered the tech accessories market with alligator cases for all the iPhone 6 models.
