MadeWorn made a name for itself putting insanely detailed engravings on expensive Rolexes for celebrities willing to shell out thousands of dollars for the custom timepieces. Now the Los Angeles-based company has put founder and artist Blaine Halvorson’s touch on the Apple Watch — and it looks absolutely crazy.
The intricate, hand-carved engravings on the stainless steel Apple Watch with link bracelet bring a unique look to Jony Ive’s smartwatch. Halvorson’s company employs a number of artists from the world of decorative gun engraving, a style that translates beautifully to wristwatches.
Take a closer look:
MadeWorn also sells handmade T-shirts, jeans and other clothing, all made to look aged. You can’t actually buy their stuff online or in stores, though, because their “dreamscape/art experience/luxury retail store” is only open by appointment.
Celebrities have been spotted spending exorbitant amounts of cash on MadeWorn’s custom Rolexes, and the company’s custom Apple Watch will be no exception. It can be yours for the low price of $10,000.

Steam punk style. Very cool.
This is way better than the Edition. Jony Ive needs to buy this company
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I suppose.

Yes, it is, and this beholder would pay $10K for one of these (which he could easily afford) before he’d pay $10k for the Edition.
