Get ready to waste entire days of your life as Don’t Starve, an endlessly life-threatening survival game from Klei Entertainment, is headed to your iPad as of July 9.

Don’t Starve: Pocket Edition will only run you a tasty $4.99, and it’ll be worth every penny. I can’t count the number of hours I’ve spent walking my little Edward Gorey-inspired characters around the various environments in game, dodging spiders, avoiding fish-men and collecting tons of resources to make sure I don’t actually starve to death.

To have this sweet time-suck of a game on my iPad? Pure bliss.

The game itself debuted in 2013 for Mac, Linux and Windows via the Steam distribution platform, and has since made its way to consoles as well. Don’t Starve: Pocket Edition was teased on Klei’s own Instagram account, as you can see below.

The mobile version will have everything from the current Don’t Starve game, including the expansion “The Reign of Giants” to keep you busy as you move about your daily life. It’s set up for touch screens, as well, letting you tap and move, explore, craft items, and fight enemies.

Even better, Don’t Starve: Pocket Edition will run on an iPad 3 or later, or iPad mini 2 or later, and will only require iOS 7 and up. Pretty great support for older devices, right there.

Honestly, I can’t wait. You?
