Apple just unveiled the future of OS X with the developer preview of El Capitan, but it’s still trying to squash some bugs in El Yosemite with the fifth beta of OS X 10.10.4.

The new update is available to developers in the revamped Dev Center or via software update in your Apple menu. Public testers can also get in on the action which promises to bring numerous stability and performance enhancements.

Details about new features weren’t included in the OS X 10.10.4 seed note; however, Apple has asked developers to focus on Photos, Migration and Arabic and Hebrew. While OS X 10.10.3 added a number of new features, including improved emoji, OS X 10.10.4 has been mostly focused on under-the-hood fixes. The beta has been in testing for over two months now so it should hopefully release to the public soon.
