iPhones are expensive, and leaving your new, shiny iPhone 6 or 6 Plus without a case on is akin to driving a car without insurance. Why risk it?

In today’s video, I run down my five favorite cases for Apple’s current-generation iPhones, selecting the ones that will keep your phone both safe and stylish at the same time.

Griffin Survivor Core $24.99 | £10.00
US  | UK

Wally Wallet Case $39.99 | £32.00

Jison Case $19.99 | £12.99

Griffin Identity iPhone 6 Plus $26.99 | £15.62

Apple Leather Case iPhone 6 Plus $49 | £39

Never used a case on my smartphones until I got the 6+ and the leather case from Apple. It’s not bulky like every other case I’ve seen or tried. It really doesn’t seem like I have a case at all because it feels like it’s part of the phone. Some people think Apple has gone over board with making the phones thinner, but the thinness of the 6+ allows for a case that seems to offer the right grip and still fits nicely in my pocket.

Best case that I have ever had on any of my iPhones is the Spigen ToughArmor. Offers good protection and looks good too. No screen protector with it but have never had need for one …… yet.

I use Otter Box Commuter/Defender with belt clip. Not stylish, but very protective and I hardly dropped my phone.

  4. I agree with this list, except for the Apple Leather Case. It really does nothing for impact protection, although it does keep your phone from getting scratched. As someone who dropped his un-cased iPhone 6 and cracked the screen, I learned how important impact protection is.

I have a rather new Speck Case, the Mighty Shell. It features 2X Mil Spec 810 drop protection, and still manages to be rather slim, unlike cases like the Otterbox series. It did cost fifty dollars, but thats the only downside.

  5. I am thinking about krown case when talking about stylish cases. one of the best looking case out there for me.

I currently use the Nodus access case on my iPhone 6, I love it!

I also like the look of the Leather flip case by Grovemade but dont want to spend £80 on a case.
