If living next door to Tim Cook is on your bucket list you just missed the narrow window to scoop up the condo next door to the Apple CEO.

After being put on the market just a few weeks ago the four bedroom condo owned by Google Ventures co-founder, Bill Marris has been bought for a little under $3 million.

Built in 2010, the 2,065 sqft Maris home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lovely vaulted ceilings and slice of land next to the most powerful tech CEO in the world.

Cook moved into his condo back in 2010 before he became CEO. Unlike other Silicon Valley CEOs such as Zuckerberg and Marissa Mayer who have bought surrounding properties to keeping prying eyes away, Cook lives in a relatively modest four-bedroom condo that boasts a tiny yard and small adjunct section of real estate in the back.
