Jot Pro Stylus With Smaller, Quieter Tip
Hey, sucker? Did you buy an iPad 3 and an Adonit Jot Pro stylus recently? Then you’re one unlucky feller: not only has Apple released the iPad 4, but Adonit has updated its stylus.
Try not to cry.
The new, improved Jot Pro has gotten a “sound-dampening” tip, which “simulates the natural contact of writing with a pen on paper,” and eliminates the distracting click these disk-tipped pens make every time you tap them onto your iPad’s screen.
And speaking of tips, the new Pro has a smaller one. The PR blurb is pitching this as “more accurate,” but as the screen on your iPad or iPhone is built to detect a fat finger stabbing it it, this really makes little difference.
However, it will alter the perception of accuracy, which in this case is actually quite a big deal.
The Pro still cost the same old $30, and is a great alternative to the “traditional” styled Wacom Bamboo stylus.
