Comparing it to the tiny box shot on the official Apple iPhone 5 ordering page, it looks legit, and also looks as if white iPhone 5s and black iPhone 5s will be shipping in vastly different boxes: all black for the black model, mostly white and light-toned for the white model:

No doubt. I love the black box. Unfortunately, I can’t upgrade until November 23rd. As soon as I can, you can bet I’ll be clicking on AT&T, Black, 16GB, iPhone 5 on Apple’s web site.
Get a white one Friday! Though I wouldn’t say they look “vastly” different.

Same here. I had the white 4s, now time for something different so black/slate it is.
You’re gonna rip yours open?! I will be carefully cutting the bottom of the shrink wrap on mine with an unboxing knife so to preserve the box and the shrink wrap on the outside.
