This is one of the “not-so-worthiest” products I bought last year! Do not buy it.Â
I just got a $827.89 iPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HTV for only $251.92, they are both coming tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prîces at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for. I use http://blue.gg/5g
@anonymous – I’m the founder/owner of MacLegion. I’d ask you what you didn’t like about our bundle last year but we actually didn’t run a bundle last year. This is only our 2nd offering to the mac community. The first (being 4 months ago) got rave reviews and included the apps listed below:
… Retailing for $597.63, we offered it to the public for $49.99. That being said, if for some reason you’re unhappy with the current offering (or the last one) for any reason at all please feel free to email us at help (-at-) maclegion (-dot-) com. We pride ourselves on customer support and listening to the mac community in general. We’ll do whatever we can to “make things right” if you feel that they aren’t. We’re also open to suggestions if you simply don’t like something for whatever the reason may be. Hope all is well and you’re enjoying your week!
Sorry, the apps were omitted from my last comment. They were as follows:
Data Rescue III – $99.00
ScreenFlow – $99.00
Virus Barrier X6 – $49.95
Contactizer Pro – $119.90
Amadeus Pro – $40.00
Radio Gaga – $39.99
Forklift – $29.95
LaunchBar – $35.00
HDRtist Pro – $29.99
MacPilot – $19.95
Printopia – $19.95
ForeverSave – $14.95
Unfortunately after buying a few of these bundles the inevitable “I already have that app that one and that one and I have the pro version of that one” starts cropping up. Â Ah well.
Hi CSMcDonald – good point. We strive to get new applications in our bundles or at least new versions (that are paid upgrades to the last bundle they were in). That being said, if there’s anything you’d like to see in an upcoming bundle let us know! help (-at-) maclegion (-dot-) com, we’re all ears… Unless you tell me “Photoshop” ’cause I think we all know that’s not going to happen anytime soon ;]
Fail.
I think this is a great deal! Just bought it. Thank you
Getting Painter Essentials is pretty cool – but I already own the full blown Painter so… :)
And all you get is silence. I guess he was just your typical internet bigshot.
I like that you were willing to engage in a dialogue with him.
kudos.
Thanks for taking the time to comment DilbertAsended – what some people don’t appreciate is that there’s a person behind a company, its not simply a piece of paper in a drawer that says MacLegion LLC or Apple Inc. MacLegion is a small operation, only 2 of us. We pride ourselves on supporting our customers and attention to detail. If there’s anything we can do to make our site more appealing to the Mac community we’re game. Isn’t that what makes the Mac community so unique? Anyway, back to reality – not everyone has to like everything I guess ;]
Thanks for your support and kind words TomasEriksson!
