Bernie Madoff’s Old Pants Could Be Your Next iPad Case

Bernie Madoff fleeced investors for billions with his elaborate Ponzi scheme. He’s now serving a 150 year sentence in maximum security prison for his crimes, but if that doesn’t seem like enough justice to you, well, why not pants the S.O.B. and turn his trousers into a new iPad case?

Why not indeed? That’s exactly what one enterprising businessman has done with some of Madoff’s Ralph Lauren pants, with each pair of pants equal to four iPad cases.

Designer John Vaccaro bought a load of Madoff’s clothes at auction, and in addition has made cases of a Christian Dior sweater and a Bergdog Goodman cardigan, both of which “sold almost instantly, just by word of mouth.”

Hey, not as good as a leather iPad case made out of Gordon Gekko’s old wallet, but not too far off!
