Apple's WWDC 2015 is revving up in San Francisco.

Apple’s WWDC 2015 is revving up in San Francisco.

Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference is ready to kick off and Cult of Mac will be here ready to liveblog all the action and glory as it happens.

We’re expected to get our first glimpses of the new and improved iOS 9 and OS X 10.11, both of which will supposedly feature a bunch of performance improvements, but could some major new features surprise us? Apple’s new music streaming service will also premiere at the event, and Apple Watch apps are about to get their own SDK.

Come enjoy the show with us as we break down all the awesome new features and products Tim, Craig, Jony and the rest of Apple’s team drop on us. The action starts at 10 a.m. Pacific, but we’ll be cranking up the liveblog around 9:30 a.m.

Liveblog: Time to answer all your Apple Watch questions

Apple is hosting a big media event today in San Fransisco for the hotly anticipated Apple Watch. It’s been about six months since the Watch was first shown off to world, but plenty of questions still need answering, like pricing beyond the $349 base model and when the wearable will go on sale. App demos should also be a big part of today’s presentation, because killer software will be instrumental in convincing people to buy an Apple Watch.

And who knows, there could always be some surprise Mac news.

The event starts at 10 a.m. Pacific, and Apple will provide a (hopefully working) live stream on its website. We’ll be breaking down all the news you need to know, with expert analysis and the usual pinch of sass. We invite you to follow along with us below. No need to refresh the page; the liveblog updates on its own!

Liveblog: Will Apple’s earnings call blow Wall Street’s mind?

Apple’s earnings from last quarter will be historic. Photo: Jim Merithew/Cult of Mac

Tim Cook and CFO Luca Maestri are getting ready to announce Apple’s biggest earnings ever to investors this afternoon, and we’ll be on hand to liveblog all the action.

The results are expected to be historic, thanks to unprecedented demand for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in not only the US, but also China. Wall Street expects Apple to blow past its projected revenue of $63.5 billion to $66.5 billion and hit somewhere closer to an all-time high of $68 billion.

Analysts expect iPhone 6 sales to have topped more than 66 million, but Apple expert Ben Bajarin is predicting any number lower than 70 million would be a result of supply chain limitations, not demand. Mac sales are also expected to be strong, while the iPad remains the only wild card.

The call begins at 2 p.m. Pacific, but the liveblog action starts now. Keep this tab open and come back throughout the day for coverage of Apple’s biggest quarter ever.

Mobile World Congress 2014 Day One [Liveblog]

This year we’re covering the Barcelona Mobile World Congress a little differently. Each day there will be one liveblog post here on Cult of Mac and one on Cult of Android.

Instead of gathering up press releases and writing them up in the press office at the show, and then hitting the parties, we’ll be posting quick photos and snippets of info from the show floor itself (and from the parties, if we don’t lose our phones).

Think of it as a kind of Instagram/Twitter hybrid, only right here on the site. Currently the newest posts are at the top, reverse-chronological style. And if you want us to check something out, Tweet us @mistercharlie or @killianbell.
