The iTunes App Store offers CoPilot Live USA for iPhone / iPod touch for $4.99. (That’s the lowest total price we’ve seen for a full-featured GPS app by $15.) This recently-released app offers turn-by-turn voice navigation, even during phone calls, and free map updates through December.
