Animator Wahyu Ichwandardi unveiled his Apple IIc masterpiece on Twitter by re-creating the latest Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer in using software from the early 80’s.

A new drone video reveals there’s still some work to go on the theater and the main spaceship building, but road striping and landscaping are well underway. The video includes an incredible shot of the theater lit up at night with Apple Park in the background.

Lots of polish, and a few new features, in iOS 11 developer beta 2.

Apple just released iOS 11 beta 2, and as expected it irons out plenty of wrinkles. It’s still not ready for everyday use on a main machine, because there are still plenty of glitches (the Dock and all kinds of multitasking were missing from my iPad Pro until I rebooted, for example). But overall the latest iOS 11 beta is a lot smoother, and a lot faster-feeling compared to the first beta.

Apple has come out with a brand new iPhone ad this week, only instead of highlighting the device’s amazing hardware the commercial pulls back the curtain on how iOS creates ‘Memories’ based on the photos and videos in your camera roll.

The new ad follows a librarian as he carefully crafts a video for an iPhone owner that highlights the bond between a mother and her children. To accompany the ad, Apple also put out a new how-to that shows how to play the memories hidden inside your iPhone.

The only thing that comes close to trumping this Singapore couple’s love for each other is their unbridled passion for Apple products.

Self-professed Apple megafans Jermyn Wee and Chia Suat celebrated their marriage earlier this month by visiting the only Apple store in Singapore. They used the retail outlet as a backdrop for their cute wedding photos. The funny couple’s snaps almost didn’t happen because the usually shy guy didn’t want a photoshoot. When his soon-to-be wife proposed the Apple store as the location, Wee went all in.

Watch the happy couple walk down the Apple store aisle as customers clap:

The iPhone 8 is expected to be Apple’s most beautiful device ever, but a new concept imagines what it would be like if it was also the most indestructible smartphone.

A flexible screen like the one seen in the video below would come with some big benefits, like the ability to wrap the iPhone around your wrist. Or it could be used as a curved screen for VR viewing.

Apple’s patented pizza box set the tech press on fire earlier this week when Wired took a behind-the-scenes look at the nearly finished Apple Park campus.

Even though the story packed tons of interesting details about the campus — like how it originally looked like a penis until Steve Jobs’ son intervened — the custom-designed Apple pizza box stole everyone’s attention. The box has actually been on Apple campus for a long time, but was never seen by the public until now.
