3D printed mockups of all four 2020 iPhone models might surprise some people. Especially the relative sizes.

Word of the first 6.7-inch iPhone first leaked out long ago, and plenty of additional details have since come to light. But even those who fully believe that Apple is prepping a super-size iPhone 12 Pro Max might not realize just how big it’ll be. Especially when compared to the 5.4-inch model the company is also supposedly working on.

The Japanese site Macotakara, AKA the Mac Treasure Tracing Club, got the 3D-printed devices from Alibaba.

The site then filmed a video overview of the four iOS handset mockups..

A question of sizes for all 2020 iPhone 12 models

In many ways, these conform to earlier unconfirmed reports about Apple’s upcoming models, but there are discrepancies too. Macotakara says the largest 2020 iPhone Pro will have a 6.5-inch display, like the biggest 2019 model. But many rumors point to a 6.7-inch screen instead. And the device shown appears to have a display that large.

Plus, the Japanese site says two of the models have 6-inch screens, while plenty of other sources say these will be 6.1 inches.

And the two Pro models have three camera lenses. But there’s no sign of the LiDAR camera that’s widely expected to be part of this series.

What previous rumors say about the iPhone 12 Pro Max

According to an array of other sources, Apple is prepping no less than four iOS handsets for autumn 2020. The top-of-the-line model will supposedly be the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max, which will cost $1,099.

Next will come two 6.1-inch models. One will be part of the Pro series and cost $999. The other will be dubbed the iPhone 12 Max, include less RAM, no LiDAR and a $749 price tag.

Then there’ll allegedly be a 5.4-inch iPhone 12 that’ll be $649. But this might not come out until early 2021.
