Didn’t get one of the rare tickets to Apple’s 2017 Worldwide Developers Conference? Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to watch most of the action from your couch at home.

Apple confirmed today that it’s big keynote on June 5 will be available to view via live streaming. Fans can tune in by watching the event on Apple TV, or through Safari on a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. You can even watch from a PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.


The new event page published today by Apple will be available to all internet users, not just registered developers. All of the educational sessions at WWDC 2017 will also be made available for registered developers to stream too.

WWDC 2017 expectations

Apple is expected to reveal major software updates with iOS 11, macOS 10.13, tvOS 11 and watchOS 4 likely to get the most stage time. Siri is likely receive some important updates on both iOS and Mac.

New hardware may also be unveiled at the event. Recent rumors have claimed as many as three new MacBooks could be announced. A new 10.5-inch iPad Pro could be on the horizon too, which be a big evolution for the tablet if it includes some new software tools for professionals too.

Tim Cook and company will take the stage at 10AM PT on June 5. As always, Cult of Mac will liveblog the entire event with up to the minute analysis on all the new goodies.
