Sling TV’s awesome cloud DVR feature, which lets you record shows and movies to watch later, is finally available on iOS.

The service costs an extra $5 a month, for which you get 50 hours of storage, but there’s still no option to save your recordings offline.

Cloud DVR is ideal for telly addicts. It lets you save shows and movies you won’t be around to watch live, and record one thing while watching another. It’s already supported on most platforms, including Apple TV and Android, and now it’s finally available on iPhone and iPad.

When you choose to record a TV show, you’ll get the option to record only the episode you selected, new episodes, or all episodes (including reruns). When you’ve used up your 50 hours of storage, old recordings will automatically be deleted to make room for new ones.

However, you can protect recordings to prevent them from being deleted if you want to hold onto them for longer. Sadly, there is no option to save them locally to enjoy offline.

Cloud TV is available for all live content, except for channels owned by Disney and ESPN. That includes ABC, Freeform, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney JR, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN 3, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Goal Line, ESPN Buzzer Beater, ESPN Bases Loaded, and the SEC Network.

To start enjoying the feature on your iPhone and iPad, download the latest version of the Sling TV app from the App Store.
