well hello airon Elijah here Gadget
0:09
Hunter here with camac and Brooks from
0:12
hitcase and uh you you may not have
0:15
heard of hit case we've covered it on
0:16
Colac before but they're releasing a new
0:19
virtually indestructible in my words
0:21
iPhone 5 case that hooks up to a harness
0:24
that you can wear so it makes it so that
0:25
you can take your iPhone 5 with you in
0:27
situations where it would normally break
0:29
in half or freeze to death so going down
0:33
uh the mountain on skis um on your
0:35
skateboard and what you guys probably
0:37
don't know about me is I'm I'm real
0:39
extreme I'm real into extreme sports as
0:41
you probably guessed and so I'm really
0:43
interested in this product Brooks is
0:45
going to tell us a little bit more about
0:46
it and when we can expect to see the
0:48
iPhone 5 version Brooks you got it so
0:52
iPhone 5 comes out March 1st and uh the
0:56
iPhone 4 version is shipping now uh the
0:59
cas is waterproof to 10 m or 30 ft and
1:03
uh it comes with a Railside mounting
1:04
systems our patent pending design that
1:06
gives you all of this stuff here rail
1:09
slide I don't know if you can see behind
1:11
here but this is our chest Mount this is
1:13
a sucker Mount we've got sticker mounts
1:16
up at top here we'll show you one of
1:17
those after so you can mount it to your
1:19
helmet the whole point is that you don't
1:21
want to walk around with your iPhone on
1:23
your melon all the time right you want
1:24
to be able to get this thing out I don't
1:27
yeah you want to be able to use it when
1:28
you need it right so the point of it is
1:30
that it's very easy to use right you pop
1:31
it open you you know throw your iPhone
1:33
in I don't have an iPhone 4 right here
1:35
there we go so here's an iPhone 4 I'm
1:39
throwing it in there I'm closing it up
1:42
and now we're waterproof to 10 met right
1:44
so there's a wide angle lens on the
1:45
iPhone 4 there's a wide angle lens on
1:47
the iPhone 5 here this one is a little
1:49
bit wider than the iPhone 4 um it's good
1:52
in both photo and video mode so you can
1:54
take great photos in in wide which I
1:56
personally love to do and um what else
1:59
can I tell you about it yeah it's a
2:01
tough case it's basically meant to to
2:03
use it when you need to use it it's not
2:05
an everyday case I mean some people are
2:06
certainly going to use it that I I like
2:07
to call it it's like hiking boots some
2:09
people like to wear hiking boots all the
2:10
time not very many people usually you
2:11
wear hiking boots when you go hiking
2:13
yeah I like that reference and it also
2:14
kind of looks like something that Batman
2:16
would wear on his utility belt totally
2:17
and Batman actually has three four of
2:19
these oh wow he's a customer of yours
2:21
wow that's that's awesome so uh the hit
2:23
case uh the iPhone 5 version is going to
2:25
be available March 1st and how much do
2:28
these bad boys cost $129 if you see me
2:30
coming down the mountain on my snowboard
2:32
just ripping it I might be wearing one
2:34
of these guys a Elijah Gadget Hunter see
2:38
you
2:41
soon
