Hey guys you're for Elijah Gadget Hunter
0:08
here with C toac at macw World 2013 now
0:10
for those of you who've seen any of my
0:12
previous videos maybe the ones from CS
0:14
you know that I love accessories that
0:16
make it easy to create art on the iPad
0:18
so I'm here at the adonet booth and I'm
0:21
here with Raphael raf Raphael Rael
0:23
either one either one I'm gonna go with
0:25
rap because that sounds great so and
0:26
he's goingon to be showing me their jot
0:28
pen actually the full name is the jot
0:30
touch the jot touch it's actually a
0:32
brand new device they just released it's
0:33
a pen that lets you draw on your iPad
0:35
it's got some it's got some tricks up
0:36
its sleeves and actually um we were at
0:38
CES recently and you told me that you
0:40
guys just won a CES award for this right
0:41
yeah we won the ey Lounge best of show
0:43
for the jaw touch very prestigious award
0:46
so tell me about the jaw touch so the
0:48
jaw touch is a Bluetooth 4 pressure
0:50
sensitive stylist it allows you to
0:53
change the line weight based on R you
0:55
press um it also has two shortcut
0:57
buttons so uh you can undo or change a
1:00
tool um with ease it also now has Palm
1:03
rejection which lets you rest your hand
1:05
on the screen as you draw uh so that
1:07
we're trying to go for the most natural
1:09
art style right now people hover with
1:10
their hand or uh they they just don't
1:13
feel comfortable drawing and now we're
1:15
we're making it so people can be
1:16
comfortable finally to do our on the
1:18
iPad I tried this out earlier especially
1:20
with that Palm rejection uh feature
1:22
turned on it worked really well it not
1:24
making your iPad freak out when your
1:25
palm hits the screen and it rests on
1:27
there now you were telling me a little
1:28
bit about the tip you were saying it's
1:29
really special for a particular reason
1:30
tell me a little bit about that yes we
1:32
had the smallest tip on the market it is
1:34
a ballpoint uh precise stylus um we
1:38
there's a joke in there
1:39
somewhere uh the other stylist is we
1:41
think we we compare them more to crayons
1:43
or markers this one we wanted to make
1:45
more like a ballpoint pin um the iPad is
1:47
looking for something like your finger
1:49
so we made something big enough uh but
1:51
made it transparent so that you can see
1:53
exactly where you're writing fantastic
1:55
and when did you guys release this we
1:57
just announced it a CES um and we're
1:59
doing pre- orders currently it will be
2:01
ready for q1 hopefully once the software
2:03
is ready okay so if somebody wants to
2:05
pre-order it or buy it about where where
2:07
could they get it and about how much is
2:08
it going to cost they can get it on our
2:10
website Adon it.net and it'll be $89.99
2:13
and this is the Jot Pro this is the jot
2:15
touch the jot touch I'm going to get
2:17
that right after we right after we
2:18
stopped recording I'm going to remember
2:19
it thanks a lot it's been a from Elijah
