Hey, what's up, I'm Steve with Cult of Mac and today I'm going to show you how to easily record your iPhone screen to your Mac
0:06
So, let's get started. For this, you will need a Mac, QuickTime, a Lightning cable and an iPhone
0:12
Connect your iPhone into your Mac using the Lightning cable. Then, open up QuickTime and from the file menu at the top, choose New Movie Recording, which will then open up a new window
0:20
Hover your mouse over the window to reveal the controls and next to the red record button in the centre, there's a little arrow pointing down
0:27
Click on that to open up some more settings. From there, choose iPhone as the camera and also the microphone if you want to record any sound from your iPhone
0:35
Once selected, you should now see a window that is mirroring your iPhone screen
0:38
Hit record and it's as simple as that. To stop recording your device, hover back over the screen and hit the record button again
0:45
You can then trim it down and save the video to a destination of your choice

So, there you have it. If you enjoyed this video, please help us out and smash that like button
