I'm going to show you how to use night shift on Mac OS. So let's get started with the latest Mac OS update

Apple has introduced night shift. If you're an iPhone user, you may already be familiar with it

It's designed to automatically change your displays colors to be warmer thereby stopping the blue light your display throws out

Which have a negative impact on your sleeping patterns by making it tougher for you to fall asleep

To enable the new mode first go to system preferences then displays and click on the night shift tab

Then you can choose whether you want night shift to turn on during sunset and sunrise or at a custom time

Then you have the option to enable it immediately till sunrise Underneath that there's a slider tab so you can alter the hue whether you want it to be tinted slightly yellow or full-on and

That's it night shift will automatically switch on at the times you set to help you sleep better
