Soone

Sponsored:  It might seem hard to believe, but for some people, it can be extremely difficult to meet new friends and make real connections. Whether it’s your personality, busy work or personal life, or just uncertainty about approaching new people, it can be tricky. The Soone app offers a platform for meeting new people, for any purpose — and quickly.

Based on the popularity and success of various dating apps, Soone helps connect you with dates, friends or people for your network. Simply create your profile, answer a few onboarding questions, and start exploring the area around you. From there, you’re well on your way to meeting new people and having real-life conversations and interactions, without waiting for pieces to fall into place (or the stars of friendship to align).

Once you find a potential connection, send a request to connect and see what makes Soone different. If the person responds within 30 minutes, you have two hours to form a plan and connect in real life. No “internet pals” or “online friends” — just real-life interactions. Get started now with Soone, and go meet somebody very soon indeed.

1Password 8

1Password can increase your security in a powerful, quick, and simple to use tool.

It’s weird to think that a password manager could be considered “awesome.” But when it comes to the feature set, the ease of use, the control, and the integration with Apple’s OSes, 1Password is actually pretty awesome.

I’ve been a 1Password user for the better part of the last 10 years (if not longer). It has become my go-to place for storing secure notes, passwords, important personal information, credit card details, and more. Now, with 1Password 8, you get all those same things, plus a more robust set of personal security auditing thanks to Watchtower.

On top of that, you get a personalized dashboard that keeps your newest or most user passwords quickly accessible. What’s more, the 1Password 8 Safari extension can automatically prompt you and auto-fill your credentials as you browse the web. It’s a little thing, but it can make a huge difference in your overall digital life.
