Some hotly anticipated iPhone 12 accessories appeared in Apple’s online store Friday. The MagSafe Duo Charger, the Leather Sleeve and Leather Case for the latest iOS devices are now listed as “coming soon.” Apple also revealed pricing on these accessories — and they’re not cheap.
And a previously-announced Belkin car mount for the iPhone 12 series went on sale on the Apple Store today.
All these products work with the new MagSafe for iPhone system. Apple put magnets around the wireless charging coil inside all iPhone 12 models. The magnets automatically align an iPhone 12, 12 mini, Pro or Pro Max to the MagSafe chargers and other accessories. And this new tech bumps charging speed to 15W, twice as fast as standard wireless chargers (except in iPhone 12 mini, which maxes out at 12W).
The MagSafe Duo Charger and Leather Sleeve were unveiled last month when Apple announced the iPhone 12 series. Belkin announced its car mount shortly afterward.
Apple MagSafe Duo Charger
One side of the MagSafe Duo Charger (shown above) can wirelessly send power to an iPhone or wireless charging case for AirPods. The other side is for Apple Watch. A hybrid solution is necessary because Apple Watch cannot charge on standard wireless chargers.
The Apple Store price for the MagSafe Duo Charger is $129. A 20W USB-C power adapter is sold separately.
Apple Leather Sleeve for iPhone 12
Unlike most cases, the Leather Sleeve needs to be removed in order to use the iPhone 12. But there’s a window that shows the time when the screen is tapped. The case is made of tanned and finished European leather, and comes with a removable strap. It’s available in Saddle Brown, Baltic Blue, Pink Citrus or (Product)Red.
It’s compatible with MagSafe. That means it’s designed to facilitate a connection between the handset and charger.
In Apple’s online store, the Leather Sleeve for iPhone 12 runs $129.
Apple Leather Case for iPhone 12
Apple also makes a traditional leather case for the iPhone 12 series. It wraps around the back and sides of the handset but leaves the screen exposed. Apple produced versions for all three sizes of the iPhone 12 lineup.
The case is made of high-quality, supple leather, and comes in Baltic Blue, California Poppy, Saddle Brown, Black or (Product)Red. It’s also MagSafe-compatible.

Belkin Car Vent Mount Pro with MagSafe
Apple’s online store began offering on Friday an iPhone 12 mount that attaches to a car’s vents. This holds the iPhone 12 in place magnetically, while allowing it to be used in portrait of landscape. It uses MagSafe to hold the handset but is not a charger
