First iPhone X owners just can’t stop smiling

If you weren’t already excited about today’s iPhone X launch, maybe a bunch of pictures of grinning Apple fans will get you psyched for Apple’s smartphone of the future.

All over the world, the iPhone X party is raging as people pop into Apple stores to pick up their purchases. Check out a selection of the photos below.

The handsets went on sale at 8 a.m. local time today in stores around the world.

Apple hasn’t revealed how many iPhone X units were made available at launch, although clearly a number are available for walk-ins, based on the Apple Store queues around the world.

Reliable KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently warned the figure will be between 2 million and 3 million. A more recent report claims Apple will produce just 20 million units this year.
