Watch out Amazon. Apple is moving into your neighborhood.

The iPhone-maker reportedly is set to lease a large office complex building in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood that is also the home Amazon’s HQ.

Multiple commercial real estate sources that talked to the Puget Sound Business Journal claim that Apple aims to move into the two building office complex on 333 Dexter Avenue. With 630,000 square-feet of office space, the complex could hold over 4,000 Apple employees.

Apple has slowly expanded its offices in the Seattle area over the last year. Most of the company’s employees in Seattle are focused on AI efforts. Estimates last year showed the company has about 500 employees and 70,000 feet of office space. If the company does lockdown the 333 Dexter building it would be a huge expansion.

It’s unclear if Apple has already secured the lease or is still in negotiations. Last year the company revealed that it plans to have over 1000 employees working in the Seattle area by the end of 2022.
