According to Apple’s own Apple Services, Stores, and iCloud status page, several important services are experiencing slow downs and possible outages.

iCloud Backup, Documents in the Cloud, iMessage, and Photos are all showing yellow, as are Mail Drop, iCloud Drive, and iWork for iCloud beta.

If you’re experiencing issues in these areas, it’s not you; it’s Apple.

Apple provides the tracking page to keep tabs on what systems and services are experiencing issues so you can troubleshoot any issues you might be having. If a service is down, the icon on the tracking page will show red. If yellow, things are slow. If green, all is well from Apple’s perspective.

Apple has a message to go with the yellow icons, too.

Multiple iCloud Services – Some users are affected
Users may notice slower than normal performance when using iCloud Drive, My Photo Stream, iWork for iCloud, Backup & Restore, iPhoto Journals, iMessage attachments, Mail Drop, or iMovie Theater.

Hopefully it will all be resolved soon, and we can continue loving our Apple services.
