LAS VEGAS, CES 2012 — How did professional auto-modder Mark Abate build this custom iPad-integrated Bat-trike? He started with a stock 2010 Can-Am Spyder trike, then worked a whole lot of Gotham-inspired magic on it, that’s how. Full gallery ahead!

To accomplish the Bat-look, Mark put on a massive back tire, extended the swing arm 15 inches, installed custom airlift airbags so the trike can be raised or lowered 15 inches, then put on custom body panels and neon lights. The best part, though, is the integrated iPad that connects to all the speakers and can send video or navigation to either of the two LCD side-mirror replacements. Alfred would give these upgrades two big thumbs up!

So you want it, right? For your late night crime-fighting escapades? “It’s not for sale.” That was the quick response I got from Mark when I inquired about the Bat-cycle’s price. But then he paused, smiled slightly, and added, “Well, everything’s for sale I guess — for the right price.”

Well played, sir. Well played. Gallery below.
