Apple Set to Update iWork for Lion: Auto Save, Resume & Full Screen Coming Soon

Iwork

Soon after OS X Lion hits the Mac App Store today, Apple will update its iWork ’09 productivity suit to introduce some of Lion’s awesome new features, including auto save, resume, full screen mode and versions.

The information comes from a source for 9to5 Mac, who has also provided a screenshot of the iWork update within Software Update. It seems there’s an update for Safari in there, too.

This is great news for users of iWork ’09, but for those anticipating the release of a whole new iWork suit alongside Lion, you may be waiting a little while longer.
