hey guys Buster honey coming to you from
0:06
CES I'm here at the babot booth with
0:09
Thomas and we're talking about their new
0:11
iPhone connected racket the babot
0:15
play uh basically what it is it's a $400
0:18
racket that hooks up to your iPhone and
0:20
tells you feedback on your shots like if
0:22
you're sucking at your forehand slicing
0:24
your backand too hard or just messing up
0:26
your second serve right and Thomas is
0:29
going to get give us a little breakdown
0:31
on basically how it talks to your iPad
0:34
with its Bluetooth and the handle yeah
0:36
it works of course on iPhone iPads but
0:38
also with any smartphone uh this is the
0:41
first connected racket first time in
0:43
tennis we have a racket that gives you
0:45
information today in tennis you don't
0:47
have really a lot of information you
0:48
have only your score your ranking and
0:50
that's it now you're going to have
0:52
concrete information to help you
0:54
progress analyze your game and of course
0:56
uh have fun and so it's got a bunch of
0:59
sensors right in the handle uh gyroscope
1:01
what else does it have in yeah so the
1:03
technology provided by muia our partner
1:06
we're on their Booth here uh is uh is
1:10
made of
1:11
accelerometers gyroscopes also Padu for
1:14
all the vibration uh a battery obviously
1:18
microprocessor everything is embedded in
1:20
the in the handle you don't feel it and
1:22
it's exactly the same way the same
1:24
balance as a usual racket makes no
1:25
difference you know how how tennis
1:27
players want their rackets it's like the
1:29
extension of the their arm so they want
1:30
their racket to be completely uh the
1:33
same as the one they have uh usually so
1:36
you basically take the racket plug it
1:40
in via USB right there at the bottom and
1:43
then it's good to go for like a five
1:44
five set match glass up to 6 hours and
1:47
then it gives you feedback over on your
1:49
iPad on all of your stats and everything
1:51
that you did wrong or right it costs
1:53
$399 uh when is it available it's
1:56
available in the US already uh and soon
1:58
uh worldwide um it's ALS there you can
2:01
also sync your information once once you
2:03
played uh the game via Bluetooth
2:06
connection see this bluetooth light here
2:10
or as you said oh because you can do it
2:11
after or live Fe exactly
