The wait for Deadpool is finally over in Fortnite Battle Royale. The skin every player has been eagerly anticipating since the start of chapter two, season two is available to unlock, and it won’t cost you a penny if you own the Battle Pass.

Epic Games teased Deadpool’s arrived at the beginning of this season, and it has been giving Battle Royale players new Deadpool challenges every week since then ahead of his in-game arrival.

For those who have been completing those challenges, it’s time for your efforts to be rewarded. Here’s how to bag the Deadpool skin in Fortnite today.

Complete all Deadpool challenges

Unlike other crossover skins, which typically cost 2,000 V-Bucks, Deadpool does not have to be purchased from Fortnite’s in-game item shop. If you’ve already purchased this season’s Battle Pass, unlocking Deadpool is free.

First, you’ll need to complete all Deadpool challenges. They’re some of the easiest challenges you’ll ever see in Fortnite — most require very little effort at all. You can find the complete list by following these steps:

  1. In Fortnite Battle Royale, go to the Battle Pass tab
  2. Select the air vent that has a Deadpool icon above it
  3. Select Deadpool’s computer

There are seven weeks’ worth of challenges to complete, but many of them simply require you to find items that are hidden around the Battle Pass HQ.

Unlock the Deadpool skin in Fortnite

Once these challenges are done, you can unlock the Deadpool skin by going into a game of Battle Royale and stepping into one of the many telephone boxes that normally allow you to disguise yourself as a henchman.

You’ll come out dressed as Deadpool, and the skin will be added to your locker so that you can wear it at all times if you wish.

Completing the above challenges also gets you Deadpool’s katanas, which can be worn on your back. Later, Epic is expected to add other outfit variants, including one that features Deadpool without his mask.

Don’t forget to party

Another change in Fortnite this week is that the yacht toward the northeastern corner of the Battle Royale island has been transformed into a Deadpool party boat. It’s well worth checking out if you have the time.
