Pssst: If you want to get in on the iPhone app business, there’s one for sale on eBay.

The starting bid for JBMJBM, LLC. — an app factory with 87 approved ones so far — is $100,000 and ends Saturday, Nov. 14

Top-selling titles include Friday Night Lights, iSpy Game, iReferee, iSexyRef (pictured above, which helps muddled sports fans remember the rules), iSexyRef2, Pro Rodeo Fan, Sit Up Counter and Shake 2 Count.

Buy the developer out and you get 87 applications currently listed on iTunes plus all application assets which include source code files, website files and all collateral.

“In an incredible (sic) short time, JBMJBM has simply grown out of my hands,” said Brice Milliorn, developer and founder of the company. “I am unable to properly market what I have. If an interested party has time to market them, their results should be much better.”

Milliorn, who founded the company in July, says he has sold over 30,000 applications in those four months. He didn’t disclose exactly how much money he made, but it seems that all of his apps go for $0.99 so if our math checks out that’s $20,790 since Apple keeps 30% of the app store revenue.

As of this writing there were no bids, but we’ll keep you posted.
