Here’s a trio of Jobs lookalikes, well, sorta. But it does show how easily one can create the effect with just a longsleeve black mock turtleneck, a pair of jeans and a piece of Apple gear. And if you’re a pretty woman like Erica Hager, you don’t even need the wire-rimmed glasses to nail the effect.
A little bit of a scary thought is that an outfit such as LinkedIn could put on a Fake Steve Jobs event and fill a room with guys in black mock-turtlenecks and jeans, which is where Nick Starr’s pic of himself and Apple luminary Guy Kawasaki came from.
OK, we’re admittedly scraping into true fake territory and not really lookalikes here. If these guys look like Steve Jobs, it’s just because they were wearing actual Steve Jobs masks at the iPhone launch in Birmingham, England back in 2007. The guy on the left almost pulls it off with the dark longsleeve top and jeans. That dude on the right though? We’re pretty sure the real Steve wouldn’t be caught dead in that get up.
What kind of Jobbsean presenters would we be if we didn’t leave you with one more thing? As this little guy says in the caption on his dad’s Flickr page, “I’ve got something really exciting to tell you about today. In my diaper. Boom.”
