Cult of Mac Favorite: Reevoo’s iPhone Site For On-The-Go Comparison Shopping

If you haven’t encountered Reevoo before, go and take a poke around it now. It’s a UK-oriented customer reviews site that’s managed to aggregate an impressively large database of real comments from real people about real products.

And the iPhone version of the site is incredibly useful when you’re out at the shops trying to track down the best product at the best price.

I’ve recently had to go looking for all sorts of new stuff, from dishwashers and fridge-freezers to camera lenses and audio speakers, and while it’s good to see all of those things on display in the shop, it’s also good to get an idea of what people think of them and what better prices might be available elsewhere.

Reevoo does both things really well, and has been indespensible during those shopping trips. I would estimate that it has saved me a couple of hundred pounds by pointing me towards retailers that have the same item for less.

Of course, Reevoo is intended for UK shoppers and isn’t by any means the only site of its kind. If readers have recommendations of similar iPhone-friendly services for the US and other regions, it would be interesting to hear them.
