another flop like the 2.5 D jump’n’run Assassin’s Creed 2. The first Assassin’s Creed game was the only one that was good

Assassin’s Creed is already on iPhone and iPad. It’s just a terrible, terrible attempt at a game. This one looks to be much more compelling.

You have a very unique opinion here. The prevailing opinion (and one that I share) is that Assassin’s Creed 1 was a deeply flawed game with a lot of potential that wasn’t fully realized until Assassin’s Creed 2. AC2 and ACBrotherhood are two outstanding games. I tell most people to play AC1 until they get sick of the repetitive missions, read a story summary for part 1, and start playing AC2.

Ubisoft says that players should expect a 10 hour campaign, which is decidedly beefy for an iOS game

I’m talking about the iOS ‘Versions’ … but yeah, I recently bought AC1 for PC for a cheap price, and it’s not really that good…hoped that it would be better

    A board Game? Hmmm
Triple A board games are still board games and I won’t be picking this up, however, if you want AC on your iOS device, you can get altair’s chronicles(characters and stuff from real games, fully 3d, but very linear and the graphics aren’t all that good, 10-15 hrs if you really take your time) or backstab, which is a bad clone, but still the closest thing, open world, but you’ll spend most of your time in the big cities assassinating civilians
