Apple Posts Full Video Of Today’s Incredible Education Event In NYC

If you missed this morning’s Education Event at the Guggenheim in New York City and our live blog coverage wasn’t good enough for you, Apple has posted up the full footage of the event over on their site. You can stream it here or download through iTunes here.

It was a fantastic event, but man, do I wish Steve could have been there.

I do understand the pros of digital textbooks but what about the cons?  Don’t you think having an iPad in class will distract students with games and using the interent and stuff.  I mean even if there is no wifi there still is a 3g iPad.  I don’t know, maybe it’s me, but I can see this going wrong.

One thing stood out more than anything else when watching the event video today. All of these guys combined can’t hold a candle to Steve Jobs presentation skills, which stemmed from his genuine passion for the products. Apple needs a new frontman!

Obviously the executives kept a more somber mood to the iPhone launch knowing the serious nature of Steve’s health. however, now they need to look for someone who brings a similar passion to the game on stage.

I think what stood out today is that Apple doesn’t really need a strong presenter as bad as I would have thought. Because the products speak for themselves. I sat with the same old “oh lord I want that”-feeling, and that app was a textbook creator! why on earth would I need a textbook creator? I don’t.
But Apple made me want it. Not because of Steve’s reality distortion field, but because of amazing products.

Not to say I won’t miss Steve’s amazing product introductions, I will. But I think the guys up on stage did a fine job in letting what they had created shine for itself.
