The new Mac mini, which serves up desktop power in a portable package, deserves its own dedicated carrying case. WaterField Designs now offers two worthy Mac mini bags worthy of the pint-size powerhouse.

The San Francisco maker of tech cases sells a fitted Mac mini sleeve as well as a larger travel case with room for a keyboard, cords and other accessories.

Last month, Apple rolled out a long-awaited upgrade to the popular Mac mini. WaterField foresees creatives traveling with the Mac mini and wanted to bring them cases designed specifically for this handy hardware.

The SleeveCase measures 9.3 inches by 9 inches by 1.9 inches. It comes in two colors: tan waxed canvas with leather accents or black ballistic nylon. Customers can order the $59 Mac mini sleeve now; shipping begins Friday.

WaterField’s Mac mini Travel Case has a timeless satchel look that opens up to reveal compartments for cables, keyboard, mouse or trackpad and, of course, a pocket for the mini. It opens like a book for easy security checks at the next Transportation Security Administration checkpoint you encounter.
