Trexta iPhone Cases Make It a Snap To Look Retro [Review]

In a world of plastic cases, Trexta’s iPhone covers stand out.

Made from natural materials like leather and wood, they bring back fond memories of bowling trips in the old two-toned station wagon.

In other words, they’re retro badass.

For $29.95, Trexta’s line of Snap It On iPhone cases will give your iPhone a vintage makeover. The Wood and Leather iPhone case, for example, pictured above is a thin hardshell case that makes your iPhone look like the cabin of a classic British motor car.

Based in Turkey, Trexta has four models in its new line of Snap It On iPhone Cases.

The Trexta cases snap easily on and off, but provide minimal protection. They only cover the back of the iPhone. They don’t wrap around the front bezel or corners, which are prone to scratches. They do, however, include a screen protector and cleaning cloth.

Even though these cases are more about fashion than protection, I really like the look of the Trexta case. The wood and leather have  a nice, natural warmth and feel. Give me natural materials over plastic any time.
