Good news for potential iPad buyers: Apple has slashed $20-$50 off refurbished first and second generation iPads in its online store. The original iPad and iPad 2 models are now being offered at significant price reductions in different color and storage variants.
Apple has yet to offer the newly-released third-gen iPad as a refurb. When a product is refurbished, it has typically been bought and returned to the manufacturer. In Apple’s case, all refurbished iPads come with a brand new battery and outer shell. A 1-year warranty is also included. Supplies are limited, so act soon if you want to score an older iPad on the cheap.
You can find Apple’s refurbished iPads on its online store.
