three and in this one I'm going to be taking a look at the Apple Watch Series 3, unboxing

it, giving you a hands-on look so let's get straight into it

So here it is the Apple Watch Series 3, the box has gotten a little bit damaged on its way back

from the Apple Store. As with the previous ones, the packaging is pretty minimalistic with nothing printed on the sides

Apart from on the right side here where we've got all the size and colouring, information of my Apple Watch. Let's flip this over to the back and open it up

The series 3 text on the top here in red. It's got a little bit of metallic

sheen to it which is nice. Let's lift the lid. And we've got a folder, same as with the iPhone 8 plus, only longer

In here is just a quick start guide, some warranty info, and then the extra strap so you

can switch it out depending on your wrist size. Let put all of that to one side and check what underneath the watch So there a UK power adapter

which, by the way, I love, if I can show you quickly and get this plastic off. It has a really cool folding mechanism

which makes it great for throwing into my backpack when travelling, at which all the Apple plugs came like this

Anyway, then we've also got the standard Apple Watch charger. Nothing new there

Let's move off all of that. to one side and take a look at the watch itself. On the side of the watch we'll see

the only physical difference which is that red digital crown to indicate that it's the

cellular version. If you pick up the standard GPS version there's no real

giveaways to say that this is the series 3 model. Let's take off the protective

plastic. The red on the digital crown is super vibrant and that's not going to be to

to everybody's tastes, especially if they want to match it to an outfit or support a certain

sports team. There are products out there though that can mask this, I'll cover them in a video in the

near future. As I mentioned, the rest of the watch's appearance looks the same as the previous models, which

you can see if I put my series one next to it. Let's quickly power it on and set it all up

Okay and it asking me to bring it to it my iPhone near my Apple Watch the same way you set up AirPods or beats X thanks to the W2 chip which also boosts the wireless speeds

So I've now gotten to this mobile data setup screen where I need to choose an additional data plan

And it's taking me to an EE page, who's my service provider

And I need to log in one moment. And there's only one plan I can choose from, which is free for the first place

six months, then it'll cost me five pound a month, which works out to be about $7 or so for 10 gig

And I can use my current minutes and texts, which are unlimited anyway. So let's click next

And I accept. Okay and I can take around about half an hour or so to activate So let see what else So I all set up now although still no data without my iPhone and we got a new Explorer

There's a few different colors and then the style changes how complex the dial is

Then we've also got the new Toy Story watch face. There's Jesse If we customize it, we can choose from Toy Box, which juffles between the three characters

Then we've got Buzz, Woody and Jesse separately. Buzz has always been my favourite though, so I'll choose him

Then it'll just switch from the close-up to the wide shot every time I lift my wrist up to check my watch
