CultFit is a 10-minute workout you can do every day in the privacy of your own

home. You don't need any special equipment, just stuff you find around the

house plus your iPhone and your Apple Watch if you have one. This is week 2 so

designed for beginners and the aim is to get you into a routine of regularly

doing exercise and introduce you to some basic strength training moves. So

you ready? Let's get started! For warm-up this week start with head nods, head side to side

feels good then you're all set! First up, lunges. These are basically just taking a

great big step with one side and then the other. Next, push-ups but this week with a twist, incline push-ups. Find a steady surface

This week for your back we've got bent over rows. In the gym you might use barbells

Next, tricep extensions. For this you'll need a saucepan or skillet. Simply hold

the saucepan or skillet that you're holding is the right weight so that you can raise and lower it in a controlled manner. And lastly, our old friend the

plank again but this time with another twist, side planks. It's like a normal
