Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, but in 2014 it was also the most Instagrammed spot in the universe.
Instagram revealed its list of the top 10 geotagged locations in 2014 with Cult of Mac this morning, and the Mouse is the King this year, after the Siam Paragon shopping mall in Bangkok took the top spot in 2013.
New York City managed to land three locations in the top 10, while Moscow had two iconic areas on Instagram’s list. Take a look at the full list below and see if there’s a spot that you snapped this year:
While the iPhone has been slowly making its way to carriers all over the world since its release in 2007, there are still a number of major operators that are yet to offer it. One of those is China Mobile, the world’s largest carrier with over 800 million subscribers; and another is DoCoMo, a Japanese carrier that serves almost half of the country’s mobile market.
But DoCoMo isn’t at all concerned, even though it’s losing customers to other carriers that do offer Apple’s device. A company executive has acknowledged that the iPhone is an “attractive” device, but points out that it also comes with some disadvantages, and insists that the latest Android-powered offerings are just as good.
Apple continues to rollout 3D Flyover support to Maps users all over the world, and it appears the features latest destination is Paris, France. Until this week, Lyon was the only French city that boasted Flyover support, but that’s no longer the case.
