Little critters face enormous challenges in the first trailer for Tiny World, a new nature documentary series coming to Apple TV+.

The trailer, released Thursday, shows small creatures on land, at sea and in the air as they struggle to survive in a world filled with threats both large and small. As is the way with all successful trailers, the eye-grabbing footage makes the tiny beings’ encounters look larger than life.

Boys State trailer somehow makes politics look like summertime fun

Who says politics needs to be nasty?

It might seem totally impossible in 2020, but upcoming Apple TV+ documentary Boys State makes politics look fun. The first trailer, which Apple released Tuesday, introduces some of the real-life young men who engage in an annual Texas tradition that’s basically summer camp for citizens.

That might sound nerdy and dry, but the first promo spot crackles with energy. It feels almost like a mashup of Election, Dazed and Confused and Napoleon Dynamite (with a little bit of Little America and, hopefully, Meatballs, thrown in to spice things up).

Servant trailer looks creepier than a fake baby everyone pretends is real

The first full trailer for Servant, M. Night Shyamalan’s upcoming Apple TV+ show, kicks the nightmare nanny storyline up a notch. This twisted-looking series — with its tagline, “Doubt what you believe” — looks creepy as can be.

The frightening fake baby isn’t a Shyamalan-style twist. And the mysterious woman hired to take care of the doll might not be as weird as the family she works for. This one looks interesting!

The first trailer for Apple original film The Banker showcases the shrewd financial moves of two black entrepreneurs who took on racist real estate laws in the Jim Crow era.

Based on a true story, the film stars Samuel L. Jackson and Anthony Mackie as ambitious businessmen who used a clever scheme to shake up the establishment in the 1950s.

Kids and adults will dig Apple TV+'s first movie.

Apple finally gave fans a glimpse of one of the first movies that will debut on Apple TV+ when the service launches next month.

Narrated by Chiwetel Ejiofor (that guy from 12 Years a Slave and Doctor Strange), The Elephant Queen follows a family of elephants on their year-long journey across Africa as they face threats from poachers and drought. The film earned positive reviews at the Toronto International Film Festival and the Sundance Film Festival. Based on the first trailer, it looks like it’s stuffed with the type of positive vibes Apple is gunning for.

Apple has a more diverse, inclusive view of space.

Maybe Apple should tweak the title of For All Mankind, its space race sci-fi show. A new teaser for the upcoming Apple TV+ series reveals that the drama will inject a strong shot of female empowerment into its alternate-history storyline about Russians beating the United States to the moon.

The 15-second clip, released Friday, shows actress Sarah Jones in the role of Tracy Stevens. “Look at you, Tracy Stevens,” says an off-screen male character. “You’re going to be an astronaut candidate.”

“No,” Stevens says. “One day I’m going to be an astronaut.” Cue a shot of an all-female astronaut ensemble.

Downton Abbey fans may have a great new costume drama to jump ship to thanks to Apple TV+. A new trailer for Apple’s upcoming TV show Dickinson gives us our best glimpse yet of the new series, which stars Haile Steinfeld as iconic poet Emily Dickinson.

The fight for women’s rights lands front and center in the lengthy new trailer. It shows just how “eccentric” Dickinson’s peers consider her ideas at the time.

Why Apple TV+’s Ghostwriter and Helpsters could prove so important

We’ve got our first glimpse of what Apple TV+’s kid-friendly programming is going to look like, thanks to trailers for Ghostwriter and Helpsters.

Ghostwriter reboots a popular children’s mystery/fantasy series that originally ran from 1992 through 1994. It involved a group of diverse kids who solve crimes and mysteries with the help of a ghost, which can communicate only by rearranging letters and words to form sentences.

Helpsters, meanwhile, is a Sesame Street-style show all about learning to help. The question: Can these shows help Apple TV+ become a success?

Apple TV+ series See looks brilliant — or brilliantly awful

See is going to be a true Apple Original.

What do you get when you put the epic scope of Game of Thrones, the sight-challenged hook of Bird Box, the environmentalism-as-blockbuster ambitions of box office bomb Waterworld and the costume design of Battlefield Earth in a jar, then shake it up?

Answer: See, one of the first shows coming to Apple TV+ when the subscription video service launches this fall. Apple showed the first full See trailer today during the iPhone 11 event. Some of us can’t unsee it.

First Apple TV+ Dickinson trailer serves up costume drama with social issues

Gender politics is on full display in Apple’s first trailer for Dickinson. The original Apple TV+ series offers a reimagining of the life of American poet Emily Dickinson.

With its hip 21st century take on a historical drama, Dickinson reminds me of Sofia Coppola’s 2006 movie Marie Antoinette. Coming shortly after Apple’s #MeToo-era trailer for The Morning Show, it suggests that Apple TV+ will embrace social issues in a big way.

The first Apple TV+ show is, err, about the making of a TV show.

The first full trailer for The Morning Show makes Apple’s upcoming series look a lot more serious than the goofy onstage presentation at Cupertino’s March keynote let on.

The Apple TV+ show, which stars Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carell, looks very #MeToo-era. It could prove pretty darn interesting if it lives up to the trailer, which Apple released this morning.
